Returns

All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

All purchases made through True North Dad Co. are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items under specific conditions.

Apparel (T-Shirts) Exchanges

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for size or color changes of the same item. If the desired size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Limited to one exchange per order—multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final and not eligible for exchange.
  • Items with any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service - [email protected] - within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

All purchases of hats made through True North Dad Co. are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hat purchases for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer's account. True North Dad Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. 

We do our very best to have orders processed within 48 hours of being plce, however it may take 7 business days to be processed.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
