Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, not washed, with tags, and in its original packaging with no signs of wear and tear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We are unable to exchange products for the same item unless the item is defective, or you are changing sizes.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
Shipping
We do our very best to have orders processed within 48 hours of being plce, however it may take 7 business days to be processed.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
